Shipping and Delivery Policy
Please note that we can only process the shipment of an order once full payment has been received.
SHIPPING TIMES
We aim to dispatch all in-stock units within 7 working days of receiving cleared payment. Once the order has been dispatched, it will take approximately 5-10 working days to arrive via the carrier. Please note that incoming units must first be received from the manufacturer before being classified as stock.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. The carrier usually requires one business day to validate the tracking information.
MULTIPLE DELIVERY
Depending on your address and product availability, your order may arrive in multiple shipments or be shipped directly from facilities in China, Hong Kong, or the United States.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DATES
Any shipping or delivery dates provided are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or manufacturers.
SHIPMENT INSPECTION
Upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect all packages for items such as power supplies, manuals, or any applicable accessories. Save the box, outer shipping carton (if applicable), and all packing materials. If there is any damage during shipping, this should be handled directly with the carrier. The carrier may request to inspect the item upon receipt of a claim.
EXPECTED ADDITIONAL COSTS

Purchasing a suitable power cable: All ASIC miners are sold with their original Chinese power cables only. These cables are not suitable for use in the rest of the world. As a safety precaution, the manufacturer may not include Chinese power cables with miners intended for shipping outside of China. Check our FAQ page for more details.

Customs Clearance Fees for Orders Shipping Outside the UK: All orders to the European Union are sold and delivered by Summit Market with VAT included. All international orders are sold and delivered by Summit Market without VAT. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional charges incurred by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of local duty and tax laws and to handle any customs issues that may arise. Summit Market cannot be held responsible for any additional charges due to tax and duty miscalculations.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Occasionally, packages are returned to us undelivered. In this case, we will attempt to contact you to arrange a new shipment. The recipient will be responsible for the return shipping costs, reshipping the package, and any storage fees. If a package cannot be delivered and is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, extended absence, or any other customer-related reason, the customer will also be responsible for the reshipping costs.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RISKS
Upon delivery of the products to the carrier, delivery is considered complete. Title and risk of damage and loss are transferred to the customer, including import taxes, unless otherwise specified. We do not accept any refund requests in the event of failure of customs clearance.
Due to the nature of mining products, we do not accept returns even if customs clearance has been successful, unless there is a technical defect or error on our part. If you have any problem with your order, please contact us within 10 days.
